It happened at the worst possible time. My 10+ year old garage door opener died, with the door stuck open. It was a Saturday night, very cold (-15 degrees) and with a winter storm warning posted on the news. I called Protech Garage Doors, expecting to have to wait until the following week but i got surprised with the amazing 24/7 service since they came early Sunday morning with all the parts that were required for my door. Excellent service, showed up on time and with no hassle.
