What/Why:
For first time in Montreal, Canada a group of volunteesr will create the first ever Palestinian festival. The main goal of this event will be to promote peace in the middle east while showing the true culture of Palestinians to Canadians. The main elements of that the festival will consist of a designing and building the LARGEST Palestinian flag in history which will extend 66 meters! We will march with this flag in streets of Montreal , will sign -we will try to break world record and this flag will be later sent to a refugee camp in either Palestine or Lebanon. There will also be food and entertainment including music, dabke and many more activittes. In order to make this event as successful as possible we ask you to please donate generously supporting this huge project.
